ThreeRays Attends ICARST 2025
The 3rd International Conference on Applications of Radiation Science and Technology (ICARST 2025) was successfully held from April 7 to 11 at the headquarter of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria. The conference brought together nearly 1,000 professional representatives from 105 countries worldwide. IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Focusing on the cutting-edge theories and practical applications of radiation science and technology, the conference engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions through plenary sessions, parallel sessions, side events, satellite events, and exhibitions. It is expected to play a positive leading and promoting role in the future development of the application of radiation science and technology.
ThreeRays (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. actively participated in the conference, engaging in the organization of the event, oral presentations at parallel and satellite events, and exhibition activities, achieving a series of remarkable outcomes.
At the parallel session forum on "Current Development of Gamma, Electron Beam, and X-ray Devices," Peng Wei, General Manager of ThreeRays, delivered an oral presentation titled "Optimization Design and Integrated Supply of Product Handling Systems for Irradiation Facilities" . He conducted an in-depth analysis and discussion on the main performance parameters, specific design requirements, optimization design methods, and advantages of integrated supply for the conveying systems and irradiation processing management software of gamma, electron beam, and X-ray irradiation facilities. He also answered questions raised by the participants. ThreeRays was also invited to the satellite events on "New Electron Beam Systems" ,where Peng Wei introduced the company's intelligent conveying systems for electron beam and X-ray facilities in detail and showcased an animation video. Both presentations received widespread acclaim from the participants, and several representatives initiated technical discussions and business negotiations with Peng Wei after the sessions.
At booth C22, ThreeRays showcased its core business and related products. Through product demonstrations and technical explanations, the company detailed its business philosophy, layout, and product features to the attendees, attracting significant attention and creating favorable opportunities for future international cooperation.
Additionally, Peng Wei was invited to serve as a member of the Scientific Committee for the ICARST conference and was awarded a commemorative trophy by the IAEA. On the last day of the conference, Peng Wei also visited the IAEA Seibersdorf Laboratory.
During the conference, ThreeRays and Aerial officially signed a Letter of Understanding , ThreeRays will act as Aerial’s authorized partner in China and throughout Asia, promoting its high-precision dosimetry equipment and alanine dosimeter products and services to drive technological advancements in the region’s radiation processing industry. This partnership aims to facilitate the technological upgrade of quality control in the Asian radiation processing. The signing of the agreement drew widespread attention from the participants, and the news release on LinkedIn was included and showcased in the closing session of ICARST 2025.
